We believe that all of our TekyGo! products will live up to your family's highest expectations and offer endless amounts of fun and adventure. However, If for any reason you would like to return your TekyGo! purchase we make it super easy and we pay for the return shipping. That is how confident we are in our products.

 

How to Proceed With a Return

If you're not satisfied with your TekyGo! product(s), you can submit to return your item for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be returned in their original box with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, registration and must be returned in their original spotless condition in order to be eligible for a refund.

Warranty for Damaged and/or Defective Items

In the very rare situation where a product is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged under our 365 day Warranty Policy. Under warranty, we will fully cover all of the related shipping fees. To submit a warranty request, please click here.

 

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. This only applies if the product has not already been shipped.
